Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Atlanta seeks an experienced civil litigation attorney to handle complex insurance defense matters. You will own cases through discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, hearings and trial preparation within a national defense platform.

The role requires 3+ years of civil litigation/insurance defense experience and Georgia Bar admission, with exposure to general liability, premises liability, transportation and construction matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation / insurance defense experience.
• Experience in general liability, premises liability, transportation, construction, casualty and/or related defense matters.
• Strong deposition, motion practice and case-management experience.
• Georgia Bar admission required

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense and complex liability matters from inception through resolution.
• Take and defend fact, expert and party depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Develop case strategy and provide direct reporting to insurer and corporate clients
