This opportunistic search focuses on connecting attorneys with Am Law 50/100/200 firms as well as reputable regional and boutique firms, offering confidential conversations about fit, compensation, and career growth in Nashville and broader markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance-defense litigation settings and related processes.
• Ability to manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Experience coordinating with insurance carriers, claims professionals, and insured clients.
• Ability to assess liability, damages, settlements, and litigation exposure.
• Experience preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial.
