Job summary
Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking an Insurance Coverage & Recovery Associate Attorney for opportunities with Am Law 50–200 firms and sophisticated regional and boutique firms across multiple markets. This role focuses on insurance coverage analysis, litigation strategy, and recovery disputes.
Ideal candidates will have experience advising on policy interpretation, drafting opinions, and handling complex coverage matters, with strong client interaction and mentorship opportunities.

Aligned Talent Acquisition is always looking to connect with attorneys experienced in insurance coverage analysis, coverage litigation, and insurance recovery disputes.
I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.
Analyzing commercial general liability, umbrella, excess, and specialty insurance policies.
Representing insurers or policyholders in coverage disputes.
Drafting coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights letters, and substantive motions.
Handling declaratory judgment actions, bad-faith claims, and complex coverage litigation.
Advising on insurance recovery, policy interpretation, and litigation strategy.
