Job summary

Aligned Talent Acquisition is actively seeking to connect with experienced insurance coverage attorneys for opportunities in Boston and other markets.

The search focuses on professionals skilled in coverage analysis, litigation, and recovery disputes who have worked with Am Law firms as well as regional or boutique firms.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing commercial general liability, umbrella, excess, and specialty insurance policies.
• Representing insurers or policyholders in coverage disputes.
• Drafting coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights letters, and substantive motions.
• Handling declaratory judgment actions, bad-faith claims, and complex coverage litigation.
• Advising on insurance recovery, policy interpretation, and litigation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance coverage across various policy types.
• Represent clients in coverage disputes and related litigation.
• Draft opinions, letters, and motions to support coverage positions.
• Manage complex litigation, including declaratory judgments and bad-faith claims.
• Advise on strategy for recovery and policy interpretation.

I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.
