Job summary

CSM Technologies in Jersey City seeks an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and Agile delivery of insurance data, pricing, and analytics platforms. You will partner with business, underwriting, operations, data engineering, analytics, and technology teams to translate requirements into user stories and ensure scalable, data-driven solutions that support growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities include owning the vision, backlog, prioritization, and alignment with governance

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Product Owner/PM/BA or similar role within the insurance industry.
Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge including underwriting, pricing, policy administration, claims, or analytics processes.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for insurance data, pricing, and analytics platforms.
Collaborate with business, underwriting, operations, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and specifications.
Lead delivery of pricing, rating, profitability, reporting, and analytics capabilities across insurance products and business functions.
Drive data modernization, data migration, and digital transformation programs aligned with business objectives and architecture standards.
Partner with data engineering, cloud, and analytics teams to build scalable, governed data platforms and reporting solutions.
Support integration of enterprise applications with cloud data lakes, data warehouses, analytics platforms, and AI/ML solutions.
