This role serves as the voice of the customer, identifying market opportunities, understanding carrier pain points, and translating industry insights into innovative data-driven products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience in insurance, insurtech, automotive insurance, or data solutions.
• Experience developing data-driven products based on customer feedback and market research.
• Strong understanding of auto insurance carrier operations and policy lifecycle processes.
• Experience with large datasets and data assets for underwriting and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Auto Insurance Solutions.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and trends.
• Engage with carriers, agencies, and stakeholders to understand requirements and workflows.
• Translate feedback into product requirements, business cases, and enhancements.
• Drive new product development from concept to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with technology, data, sales, marketing, and customer teams to deliver value.
• Define positioning, pricing strategies, and distribution approaches to maximize adoption.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform future investments.
