Job summary

LTM is seeking a Data & Analytics Sales Leader for the Insurance sector on the East Coast to drive revenue growth and expand strategic client relationships across P&C, Life, and Reinsurance. This role requires deep domain expertise and a proven ability to translate data insights into business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Pre-Sales, COEs, and delivery teams to craft value-driven solutions, manage a diverse portfolio, and influence senior stakeholders including CIOs and Chief Underwriting

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology consulting with a focus on Data & Analytics.
• Minimum 5+ years of Insurance (P&C, Life, Reinsurance, or InsurTech).
• Proven success in driving digital transformation initiatives for Insurance clients.
• Experience in account expansion and new business development.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and strategic client relationships in Insurance.
• Own and manage a portfolio of accounts with accountability for revenue growth, TCV, and profitability.
• Lead complex data analytics engagements (underwriting analytics, claims transformation, fraud detection, risk modelling).
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, COEs, and delivery teams to design industry-relevant, value-driven solutions.
• Represent LTM as a thought leader at Insurance industry forums (e.g., InsureTech Connect, DIA).
