Job summary

LTM is seeking a Data & Analytics Sales Leader for the Insurance sector on the East Coast to drive revenue growth and expand strategic client relationships across P&C, Life, and Reinsurance. This role requires deep domain expertise and a proven ability to translate data insights into business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Pre-Sales, COEs, and delivery teams to craft value-driven solutions, manage a diverse portfolio, and influence senior stakeholders including CIOs and Chief Underwriting

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology consulting with a focus on Data & Analytics.
• Minimum 5+ years of Insurance (P&C, Life, Reinsurance, or InsurTech).
• Proven success in driving digital transformation initiatives for Insurance clients.
• Experience in account expansion and new business development.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Role Title: Data & Analytics – Insurance

Role Overview

The Data & Analytics Sales Leader for the Insurance industry will drive revenue growth, expand strategic client relationships, and position LTM data and analytics capabilities across the West Coast market. The role demands strong domain expertise across Property & Casualty (P&C), Life & Annuities, and Reinsurance, along with the ability to translate data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Data & Analytics (D&A) services across Insurance accounts through strategic account planning
• Develop and execute a focused sales strategy for Insurance clients including P&C, Life, Reinsurance, and InsurTech firms
• Own and manage a portfolio of accounts with accountability for revenue growth, TCV, and profitability
• Lead complex pursuits including data platforms for underwriting analytics, claims transformation, fraud detection, and risk modelling.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, COEs, and delivery teams to design industry-relevant, value-driven solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CDOs, Chief Underwriting Officers, Claims Heads, Risk Officers)
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across customer 360, policy lifecycle analytics, regulatory reporting, and AI-driven insights
• Represent LTM as a thought leader at Insurance industry forums (InsureTech Connect, DIA, etc.)
• Strong experience in Data & Analytics including Data Modernization, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, and Visualization
• Domain expertise in Insurance including:
• Underwriting analytics and risk assessment
• Claims analytics and automation
• Fraud detection and prevention
• Customer 360 and policyholder experience
• Actuarial and regulatory reporting analytics
• Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure,
• Tableau, Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Salesforce
• Proven track record in consultative selling, deal shaping, and closing large, complex engagements
• Experience in solutioning, pricing, and commercial structuring in a pre-sales environment
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions

Qualifications

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achieve revenue growth through a mix of account expansion (70%) and new business (30%)
• Secure multiple high-value D&A deals annually within the Insurance segment
• Maintain high client retention through effective relationship management
• Expand LTM presence by acquiring new strategic Insurance clients
• Improve win rates through effective deal qualification and pursuit strategies

Pay Range:

Base Salary :$220,000 per annum to $250,000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus.

In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
