• Support agency sales and retention goals through proactive customer outreach.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete follow up- in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers as needed and support ongoing service requests.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and everyday service requests.
• Anticipate customer needs and communicate clearly to keep them informed.
• Continuously learn and develop professionally through licensing, training and coaching.
