Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a professional customer-facing environment.
• 1–2 years using MS Office, CRM systems, ticketing systems or email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, take payments, confirm policy information, and update details for first-call resolution.
• Provide accurate policy details, coverage information, product guidance and interpretations after validating identity.
• Notify underwriting of changes in risk.
• Build expertise in systems used to access policy status and inquiry data.
• Review, create and update payment plans and auto-draft setup for insureds.
• Identify funds to reinstate lapsed policies with proper approvals and documentation.
• Meet productivity and quality goals consistently.
• Deliver outstanding service with ownership of each call from start to finish.
• Assist with assigned projects.
