American National in League City, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to be the voice of our policyholders, helping with payments, policy details, and inquiries. You will resolve issues with care, uphold accuracy, and deliver exceptional service on every call.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in customer support, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in a professional, educational, or customer-facing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incoming calls by taking payments and updating policy details while working toward first-call resolution.
• Provide accurate policy information and interpretations while verifying caller identity.
• Notify underwriting of changes in risk.
• Build expertise in systems used to access policy data and inquiries.
• Review and update payment plans and billing premiums.
• Identify funds needed to reinstate lapsed policies and secure approvals.
• Meet productivity and quality goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by owning each call from start to finish.
