Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls, taking payments and verifying basic policy information while aiming for first-call resolution.
• Provide accurate policy details, coverage information, product guidance, and policy interpretations to authorized parties.
• Notify underwriting of changes in risk and maintain accurate policy data.
• Build familiarity with systems used to access policy status, data, and inquiries.
• Review and update payment plans, including auto-draft setup and premium billing.
• Identify funds needed to reinstate lapsed policies and secure approvals and documentation.
• Consistently meet productivity and quality goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by owning each call from start to finish with a professional, clear communication style.
• Assist with assigned projects.
