Job summary

biBerk is seeking a Partner Services Team Lead to oversee the customer service team and drive satisfaction and retention. The role includes setting daily objectives, developing productivity rewards, and guiding licensed representatives to uphold high service standards.

Requirements include a Property and Casualty license or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience, and 1+ year of management experience. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective communication, decision making, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of customer service and licensed representatives; coach, mentor, and conduct 1:1s.
• Track attendance including paid time off, absences, tardiness, and break changes.
• Handle BBB, DOI, and social media complaints and report results.
• Resolve complex issues by coordinating with policyholders as needed.
• Collaborate with Performance Coach to monitor productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with trainers to keep processes and procedures up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
