• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct policy reviews, follow up on claims, and renewals.
• Support customer loyalty and retention through proactive follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system.
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes.
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism.
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews.
