As a Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you’ll support one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. — no cold calling required! This is an inbound call center environment in the comfort of your own home! We offer paid training that will help prepare you for the launch of this new career.
Please note: A distraction-free and quiet workspace is essential during training and work hours.
Competitive Compensation: $16/H, paid training $15/H

Must reside in Missouri.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
6 months of relevant work experience.
Open availability during operating hours a must!
Professional customer service aptitude is essential.
If you reside withing 75 miles of our on-site locations,you will be offered an onsite role.

Provided Equipment: Foundever will ship necessary equipment.
Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection.No wireless/ 5G internet packages can be used.
Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production.Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment. Cell phones are not permitted during training.
