Job summary

The Bond Agency in Montgomery, Texas is seeking an experienced, licensed Customer Service Representative to build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service. This in-office role focuses on insurance knowledge, processing policy changes, and collaboration with carriers to resolve issues.

• Process policy changes and provide insurance documents.
• Assist with billing questions and coordinate with carriers to resolve issues.
• Review renewals, explain policy changes, and identify opportunities to retain customers.
• Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Cross-sell additional products and coverage or coordinate with the sales team.
• Follow up consistently on outstanding requests and customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service activity in the agency’s systems.
• Meet individual service and retention goals.
