Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, establishing relationships, processing inquiries about policies, billing, changes, transfers and claims, and educating customers through a needs-based approach.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.

• Able to relate to customers and explain options.
• Property Casualty license and Life/Health licenses must be obtainable.
