The role requires a Property and Casualty Insurance License in Illinois, prior insurance or customer support experience, and comfort with agency software and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inquiries from policyholders regarding coverage and billing questions.

• Assist in resolving minor claims issues between client and carrier.
• Review renewals and reach out to clients to confirm coverage confidence.

• Assist in resolving minor claims issues by acting as a bridge between the client and the insurance carrier.
• Review upcoming renewals and reach out to clients to ensure they still feel confident in their current protection.

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Illinois.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency or customer support role.
• Strong comfort level using computers, specifically with agency management software and email.
• Ability to clearly explain complex insurance coverage options to people from all walks of life.
