Insureonline.com is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Illinois. You will handle payments, inspections, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining knowledge of multiple carriers and underwriting details.

Ideal candidates will hold a P&C license, have prior insurance customer service experience, and strong communication skills. High school diploma required; bilingual is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a relevant P&C Insurance License.
• Prior Insurance Customer Service.
• Demonstrative knowledge of the Property and Casualty insurance industry.
• Solid written and oral communication skills.
• High school degree or its equivalency.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service duties, including taking payments, and handling inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Mail quote letters to all in a timely manner.
• Follow proper cash handling processes.
• Knowledge of all systems and programs the company utilizes.
• Cross-sell existing clients when appropriate.
• Complete follow-up procedures for cross-selling new customers.
• Continue to learn product and underwriting detail of various carriers for additional sales opportunities and for professional development.
• Assistance with other organizational projects when needed.
• Contact canceled clients for reinstatement.
• Other duties assigned at management discretion.
