Responsibilities

• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and emails with customers and update records.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain client relationships with follow-up calls.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and forms and place orders weekly.
• Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
