You will nurture client relationships, coordinate with agents, and help identify coverage gaps while contributing to agency growth. A customer-service mindset and sales focus are essential.

Formación

• Dedicated to customer service & sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Pivot from existing clients & uncovering needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Writing new business on occasion from pivots, walk & call ins.
