Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding
policy details, claims, and billing inquiries.
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and
Provide quotes and explain coverage options to new and existing clients.
Assist customers with claims filing and follow-up on claims status.
Ensure compliance with company policies, state insurance regulations,
and privacy laws.
Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and other departments as needed

Upsell or cross-sell insurance products when appropriate.

Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or a related industry.
Active insurance license (e.g., Property & Casualty or Life & Health), or willingness to obtain one.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in computer systems and CRM software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
