What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Utilize training and knowledge to accurately answer customer inquiries and sell appropriate products and services.
- Listen to customers to understand their needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Document and process customer orders accurately in the relevant systems.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or administrative support in a contact center environment.
