What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional manner
- Utilize training and knowledge to accurately respond to customer inquiries and sell appropriate products
- Listen to and understand customer needs while resolving issues effectively
- Document and process customer orders accurately in the required systems
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on program knowledge and procedures
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative support in a contact center environment
- Previous state or federal work experience
