What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Utilize knowledge and training to accurately answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services

  • Document and process customer orders accurately in the appropriate systems
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and changes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or administrative support in a contact center environment
