This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Sellersville, PA.

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our Personal Lines Customers.

Daily tasks include assisting customers with their insurance needs, writing new policies, processing policy changes, and maintaining accurate records.

The role also involves working closely with other team members to provide seamless support and achieve goals.

This is a career position and looking for someone career-minded

Pennsylvania P&C license Is required for this position. If not currently licensed, must be obtained within 90 days.
