John C. Ferneding & Associates, Inc. in Dayton, Ohio is seeking an Insurance Life & Health Account Manager to build strong relationships with a dedicated client portfolio.

You will guide policyholders, assess needs, and tailor coverage while delivering exceptional service. You will handle renewals and endorsements, collaborate with the sales team, and maintain organized records. A life/health license is preferred with licensing assistance available, and prior account management or client-facing

Requirements

• Life & Health license preferred. Willing to train. Licensed within 6 months of hire. Licensing assistance available.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
• A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
