Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or professional office environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software systems.
• Attention to detail when documenting client interactions and changes.
• Familiar with insurance concepts and policy terminology.
• State of Colorado Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into our Greeley office and provide supportive, friendly service.
