Spencer Hall Insurance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our State Farm Agent team in Portland, OR. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing accounts, and supporting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires at least 1 year in customer service, with 2-3 years preferred, and entails licensing prerequisites. Training will be provided for insurance duties, and licenses must be obtained within 6 weeks.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service experience; 2-3 years preferred
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses within 6 weeks
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Teams; CRM or eCRM experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and teamwork

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers over the phone, in-person and through text, and email
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth
• Assist customers in resolving issues and questions about State Farm products and services
• Actively review customers' accounts to identify issues and opportunities
• Contact customers to set up general and product-specific meetings
• Maintain, update and service customer accounts and policies
• Manage weekly/monthly Sales and performance goals
• Process payments, assist customers with billing issues and follow-up on outstanding payments
