You'll work with a supportive agency team, develop sales skills over time, and have opportunities for internal growth, with a focus on accuracy, empathy, and proactive problem-solving. Bilingual Spanish is valued, and licenses are supported.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (comfortable talking with many different types of people)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Property & Casualty license (required) and willingness to obtain Life & Health license; bilingual Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in-person interactions with warmth and clarity
• Explain coverage and policy information to help customers feel confident in their choices
• Assist with policy changes, verify details, and ensure updates processed accurately and on time
• Support the claims process, gather information, and follow up to keep things moving
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions to ensure compliance and continuity
• Coordinate with agency team members to solve issues and deliver a seamless experience
