Hannah Hoskins State Farm is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations and help customers access essential insurance products. You will manage accounts, explain policy changes, and assist with claims in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

We value reliability, clear communication, and a positive attitude. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and prior experience in insurance is a plus as you grow with our growing agency in Mount Washington/Louisville.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Identifying gaps in coverage and presenting options to fill those gaps.
