Qualifications

• Licensing: Active Life & Health license preferred.

• Service & Communication: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to deliver top customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide helpful, professional service and expert insurance support to clients and producers.
• Renewal processing of lines of coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Assist clients with inquiries on billing, claims and coverage questions.
• Process policy binding, endorsements and manage claims and renewals.
