• Active South Carolina Property & Casualty or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Assist clients with policy questions, billing issues, and coverage explanations.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Allstate insurance products and services.
• Maintain and update client records in the agency management system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support the agency team with administrative tasks and daily operations.
