Job summary

Stuckey Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support State Farm clients in North Charleston.

The role handles policy servicing, inquiries, renewals, and payments across Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines. The ideal candidate will hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or be willing to obtain them), excel in communication, and manage multiple accounts with a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or ability to obtain licenses.
• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or related roles.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
• Customer-focused, patient, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to existing insurance clients across Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, claims, billing, and payments.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and other servicing needs.
• Handle payment processing and resolve billing questions or issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to address client concerns.
• Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems.
• Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to support cross-selling and enhance client protection.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
