• Must be available to work Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance inquiries.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
