Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to existing customers in person, over the phone, and electronically.
• Process policy changes such as endorsements, coverage adjustments, ID cards, and billing updates.
• Assist customers with claims reporting and follow-up support.
• Review policies with customers to ensure proper coverage and identify protection gaps.
• Support account retention efforts and proactively reach out to prevent cancellations.
• Handle billing inquiries and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.
• Work collaboratively with sales team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Help maintain agency organization and operational efficiency.
