Job summary

New Level Resources is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative II in Fresno (and Bakersfield) to handle commercial policy servicing, COIs, endorsements, and licensing support. You will review forms, manage renewals, prepare SOVs and MVRs, and ensure accuracy in AMS/WorkSmart while delivering quality service.

The role requires 2+ years in commercial insurance, an active P&C license or ability to obtain within 60 days, and strong communication with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of commercial insurance experience or interest.
• Active Property & Casualty license required or able to obtain within 60 days.
• Strong knowledge of policy forms, endorsements, and servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Process complex COIs, EPIs, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Complete policy processing and data management within the AMS/WorkSmart system.
• Review policy forms and carrier communications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review policy checking results for coverage accuracy and documentation quality.
• Manage automatic renewals and collect renewal updates and information.
• Prepare Statements of Values (SOVs), coverage summaries, and MVRs.
• Independently resolve complex service issues while maintaining service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of commercial lines (General Liability, Workers’ Comp, Auto, Property, Umbrella, etc.).
