Correll Insurance Group in Knoxville/Maryville, TN is seeking a Commercial Lines Client Service Representative to support businesses with insurance needs. You will handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and inquiries related to coverage, billing, and claims.

As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact, process documentation, issue certificates of insurance, and maintain records in the agency management system. A high level of organization and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• High school diploma required
• Proficient in AMS360, ImageRight, Excel, and Word
• Ability to conduct meetings via Teams and Zoom with screen sharing

Responsibilities

• Client support: respond to inquiries, process policy changes, issue certificates of insurance, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Account management: assist with renewals, gather underwriting information, prepare documentation.
• Communication: follow up with carriers and ensure timely client communication.
• Documentation: maintain records in the agency management system, process audits, and loss-run documentation.
• Collaboration: work with Account Managers, Producers and team members to support clients.
