Job summary

HireRising is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our clients and insurance carriers. This role handles day-to-day insurance tasks, manages policies and renewals, and ensures everything is completed accurately and on time.

Located in Fresno, Modesto, or San Luis Obispo, CA, the position requires an active P&C license, at least 2 years of experience, and solid knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar insurance role.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
• Experience with policies, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and other insurance documents.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with EPIC / Applied Epic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts and tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and carriers.
