Job summary

Fred Loya Insurance Agency in Fresno, CA is seeking a full-time CSR to sell and service policies. You will provide professional, courteous service to customers, answer questions about policies, accept payments, and process transactions.

You will identify customer needs, follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations, assist with marketing for new business, and perform FNOL vehicle inspections and related photo duties, while maintaining a neat workspace and supporting the office.

Responsibilities

• Sales and provide professional, courteous service to customers
• Answer questions regarding customer’s policy
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Assist with marketing initiatives for new business development as needed
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• FNOLs (vehicle inspections)
• Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
• Bank run deposits
• Position is full time
• Other duties as assigned
