Job summary

Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking an Insurance Coverage & Recovery Associate Attorney to advance your practice in coverage analysis, litigation, and recovery disputes. The role targets attorneys with experience handling complex insurance issues for insurers or policyholders, including high-end disputes and strategic advisory work.

In this position, you will engage with Am Law 50–200 firms and other sophisticated shops across markets, offering greater client interaction, mentor opportunities,

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing commercial general liability, umbrella, and specialty policies.
• Representing insurers or policyholders in coverage disputes.
• Drafting coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights letters, and substantive motions.
• Handling declaratory judgment actions, bad-faith claims, and complex coverage litigation.
• Advising on insurance recovery, policy interpretation, and litigation strategy.
