Aufgaben

• Represent insurers and clients in complex insurance coverage litigation.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters efficiently meeting deadlines for court, clients, and internal teams.
• Communicate case developments, strategy, risk, and next steps to clients.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, clients, and professionals to develop litigation strategies.
• Contribute to a service-oriented team environment with drive and high-quality work.
