Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is recruiting a Litigation Associate for its Seattle, WA office, focusing on complex commercial insurance disputes. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in commercial litigation with exposure to insurance coverage, defense, or bad faith matters.

You will work with senior attorneys on strategy, handle depositions, and contribute to case development and litigation execution in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• JD degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Active Washington State Bar admission (admission pending within ~1 month may be considered).
• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience in insurance coverage or bad faith litigation preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, or oral arguments.
• Strong teamwork skills and a consistent professional employment history.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance coverage disputes, bad faith claims, and IFCA matters.
• Draft briefs, motions, pleadings, and coverage analyses.
• Manage discovery, depose witnesses, and support case development.
• Participate in oral arguments, dispositive motions, and trial prep.
• Develop litigation strategies and advise clients on cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to achieve outcomes.
