Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies.
• Draft coverage opinions and provide coverage advice to clients.
• Conduct legal research and analyze findings.
• Draft memoranda and prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Proactively manage matters, deadlines, and client communications.
• Provide strategic guidance to insureds and carriers on first- and third-party coverage.
• Defend against alleged bad faith claims in Washington and nationwide.
