Job summary

RH Digisoft Technical Services in Temecula, CA seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least three years of experience in complex insurance coverage matters to advise commercial policyholders and manage disputes from claim strategy through litigation.

You will work with senior coverage attorneys, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and mentor junior attorneys while handling hearings, mediations, and trials, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Florida Bar; admission to additional jurisdictions is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage, commercial litigation, construction litigation, or similarly complex matters.
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Experience with pleadings, depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
• Appellate briefing experience is a plus.
• Construction defect, risk transfer, or construction insurance experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Title: Insurance Coverage Attorney
Location: Temecula, CA

Our attorneys advise commercial policyholders on complex insurance coverage disputes, from claim strategy and negotiation through litigation, arbitration, and recovery. With offices across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, we combine global reach with deep local expertise to help clients secure the coverage they paid for.

Position overview

We are seeking an Commercial Litigation Associate with at least three years of experience in commercial litigation, Construction law, other complex litigation matters and preferably some insurance coverage.

This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and substantial ownership of matters. You will work closely with experienced coverage attorneys on sophisticated disputes while developing litigation and strategic advisory skills.
