RNInk in Miami, FL is seeking an Associate Attorney in the Property & Casualty Insurance practice. This hybrid role offers opportunities to handle sophisticated insurance coverage disputes, including bad-faith matters, within a collaborative, client-service oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record, active Florida Bar admission, and 3–6 years of relevant experience, plus strong writing and research skills.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record and demonstrated writing skills.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing, required.
• 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Substantive experience handling bad-faith insurance matters.
• Demonstrated understanding of insurance coverage and bad-faith issues.

Responsibilities

• Represent insurers and clients in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze policies, coverage issues, exclusions, and applicable case law.
• Handle bad-faith claims and related insurance disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses regarding coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters efficiently while meeting court, client, and internal deadlines.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments, strategy, risk, and next steps.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, clients, and others to develop litigation strategies.
• Contribute to a service-oriented team environment with responsiveness and high-quality work.
