The role focuses on sophisticated insurance coverage disputes and bad-faith matters within a collaborative environment emphasizing initiative and client service.

Qualified candidates will have JD from a top-tier law school, 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience, and Florida Bar admission. Hybrid work model offered with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academics and writing skills.
• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Substantive experience handling bad-faith insurance matters.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent insurers in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze policies, coverage issues, exclusions, and applicable case law.
• Handle bad-faith claims and related insurance disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses regarding coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters efficiently while meeting court, client, and internal deadlines.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments, strategy, risk, and next steps.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, clients, and other professionals to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Contribute to a service-oriented team environment that values drive and responsiveness.
