Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Washington, DC is seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate to join our multi-office, hybrid team. The role focuses on sophisticated coverage opinions, declaratory judgments, and high-exposure claims for insurers and corporate clients.

The candidate will analyze complex policies, prepare coverage opinions, manage litigation from start to finish, and advise on risk management. JD and active bar in at least one jurisdiction, plus 3–7+ years of experience, are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar in at least one jurisdiction.
• 3–7+ years of insurance coverage or complex insurance litigation experience.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex insurance policies and prepare detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.
• Handle declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
• Manage high-exposure coverage disputes from initial analysis through litigation and resolution.
• Advise clients on coverage strategy, claim handling, and risk management.
• Collaborate with partners on sophisticated coverage and liability matters with increasing responsibility.
