Aionios LLC in Denver, CO seeks an Insurance Coverage & Extra-Contractual Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience. This Am Law 100 firm role offers ownership of complex cases, exposure to state and federal court disputes, and collaboration with clients. Remote or hybrid work is available.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation, deposition, and discovery skills, plus a solid academic background and active Colorado Bar admission.

Competenze

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience litigating insurance coverage and/or extra-contractual matters.
• Experience with first- or third-party property and casualty insurance disputes.
• Background involving bad faith, professional liability, UM/UIM, or related insurance matters.
• Ability to independently manage litigation and competing caseload demands.
• Strong deposition and discovery experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Active Colorado Bar admission required.

• Handle complex insurance coverage and extra-contractual litigation in state and federal court
• Litigate first- and third-party property and casualty coverage disputes
• Handle matters involving professional liability, UM/UIM, and bad faith claims
