Aionios LLC in Denver seeks a Construction Attorney with 3+ years of Colorado-litigation experience to join its practice. The role focuses on complex construction defense litigation and exposure to broader civil matters, with direct client interaction and trial exposure.

Hybrid or remote options are available, offering a collaborative team environment at a nationally recognized Am Law 100 platform. The position features competitive compensation ranging from $125,000 to $195,000 plus bonus

Formación

• 3+ years of litigation experience practicing in Colorado
• Construction litigation and/or construction defense experience
• Broader civil defense litigation experience is also relevant
• Strong litigation, legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and oral advocacy abilities
• Active Colorado Bar admission required
• Trial experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Handle complex construction defense litigation
• Manage construction and other civil litigation matters through various stages of the litigation process
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings
• Conduct legal research and manage discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Develop case strategy alongside experienced litigators
• Prepare for and appear at hearings and other court proceedings
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials
• Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process
